He has since sold two in order to focus all of his energy into Franklin James Construction. He runs his business by one simple motto – ‘We do it once, We do it right’.
This simply means that he and his crew go the extra mile to make sure everything is completed properly. Rather than having to deal with a last minute checklist of mistakes and forgotten tasks, Franklin James does a daily inspection of the work to ensure everything is correct.
